Edward L. Dulski, age 89, of Perham, MN, died Sunday, November 18, 2007, at the Perham Memorial Nursing Home, Perham, MN. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 23, 2007, beginning at 11:00 am at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Perham, with Father Joe Herzing and Father Ron Dockendorf officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 21, at Schoeneberger Funeral Home, Perham, from 4:00 - 8:00 pm with rosary at 6:30 pm prayer service at 7:00 pm.
Edward Louis Dulski was born January 24, 1918, at home in Corliss Township, Otter Tail County, MN, the son of Joseph and Nancy (Skibitzki) Dulski. He attended school at District 242 until the seventh grade. Ed served in the US Army during WWII from 1942-1945 in the Alliution Islands and in Germany. He was united in marriage to Martha Steinbach on October 20, 1954, in Fargo, ND. Martha died in 2001. Ed farmed in Corliss for thirty-two years before moving to Perham in 1978. In 2002 Ed moved into the Briarwood Apartments and made his final move into the Perham Memorial Nursing Home in 2005. Ed belonged to the VFW and Knights of Columbus for fifty-seven years.
Ed is survived by three sisters, Margaret Steinbach, New York Mills, MN; Frances Breitenfeldt, Anoka, MN; and Lavern Balcer, Perham, MN; and six sister-in-laws, Delores Minten, Perham, MN; Janice Wientjes, Perham, MN; Johanna Dulski, New York Mills, MN; Arlene Werner, Perham, MN; Jean Steinbach, Felton, MN; and Helen Steinbach, MI.
Preceding Ed in death are his parents; wife, Martha; and brothers, Andy, Mike, and infant brother, Sylvester.
