Elvin Spinar

Elvin J. Spinar, age 85, of Perham , MN , passed away Thursday, February 26, 2009 , at the Perham Memorial Hospital .


Elvin Joesph Spinar was born August 27, 1923 , in Lynch, NE, the son of Frank and Jane (Witherwax) Spinar. On November 8, 1946 , he was united in marriage to Elizabeth Lydiatt in O'Neill , NE , and together they had four children. Elvin enjoyed gardening and restoring old tractors.



Elvin is survived by his wife, Elizabeth, Perham, MN; a daughter, Phyllis (Ken) Berry, Kansas City, MO; two sons, David (Janet) Spinar, Dalhart, TX; and James Spinar, Perham, MN; eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; a sister, Ada (John) Hartsock, Ionia, MO; and two brothers, Harold (Hazel) Spinar, Cole Camp, MO; and Harry Spinar, Sedalia, MO.



Preceding Elvin in death are his parents and a daughter, Lois Ann (1978).
