Roberta Marie Dow, age 70, of Perham, MN, died on Friday, June 8, 2012 at Perham Health. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 beginning at 11:00 am at the Schoeneberger Funeral Home in Perham with Pastor Phil Holtan officiating. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the memorial service at the funeral home.
Roberta was born on June 30, 1941, in Perham, MN, the daughter of Robert and Martha (Moenkedick) Happel. She was raised and educated in Audubon, MN. On June 23, 1970, Roberta was united in marriage to Orville Dow in Moorhead, MN. They made their home in Barnesville, MN until moving to Perham in 1996. Roberta enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving Roberta is her husband Orville; three sons: Darryl Devries (Tracy, Casey, Blake) of Ohio; Robert Dow (Sommer, Trisha, Megan, Izaiah, Grace) of New York Mills, MN; Neil Dow (Janelle, Ashly, Jordan, Jared, Austin) of Perham, MN; four step-children: Sandy, Mike, Sue, and Tom; and three sisters: Mary (Curtis) Rislund; Joyce Sellers; and Paula (Charles) Enselman.
Preceding Roberta in death are her parents and brother-in-law, Allen Sellers.
