Ronald Duane Boedigheimer was born
May 31, 1938
, the son of Elmer and Hazel (Karvonen) Boedigheimer. Ron was a carpenter for forty years before he retired to the cabin he remodeled and put on an addition, located on Little Pine Lake. He liked woodworking, fishing, hunting, and snowmobiling. Ron and his wife, Susan, enjoyed their retirement by traveling and enjoying their lake home and a good life.

; daughter, Patricia (Ron) Veronikas; sons, David, Richard, and William; eight grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren; and two sisters, Joan Doyle and Sandra Lindsey.
Preceding Ron in death are his parents.
