Beverly Adank

Beverly Mary Adank, age 70, died Friday, March 16, 2018 at her home in New York Mills, MN. A celebration of Bev’s life will be Thursday, March 22, beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Schoeneberger Funeral & Cremation Service in Perham, MN. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Bev was born June 25, 1947 to Louis A. and Dorothy M. (Rybarczyk) Pronschinske in Arcadia, WI, the oldest of 11 children. She graduated from Arcadia High School in 1965. Bev lived in many locations before settling in northern Minnesota.

Bev is survived by her loving partner of 35 years David  A. Virnala; her children James Adank of Arcadia, WI, Cynthia Roach of Vining, MN and Karie Johnson of West Fargo, ND; her grandchildren Desmond Roach, R. Nash Roach, Dalton Johnson and Baylee Johnson; her sisters Liz Cooper of Mesa, AZ, Peggy (Jerry) Jacobson of Osseo, WI, Marianne Maillet of St. Augustine, FL, Pamela Taylor of Whitehall, WI, Patricia (James) Waters of Arcadia, WI and LuAnn (Jim Miller) Pronschinske of Madison, WI; sister-in-law Kristi Pronschinske of Melrose, WI; and her brothers Daniel (Lynn) Pronschinske of Toulon, IL, Roger (Shirley) Pronschinske of Sturgeon Bay, WI and Charles Pronschinske of Strum, WI. Bev is also survived my many nieces and nephews, as well as many dear friends that she considered family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son Robert Adank; her brother Allen J. Pronschinske; her nephew Eric Pronschinske; and her niece Anna Pronschinske.

Bev had many interests and was known for her artistic abilities, her culinary expertise and her giving and caring soul. Her four grandsons were the light of her life and she loved spending time playing cards and going fishing with them. Her light in this world will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
