Carol M. Hahn, age 69, of Perham, MN, died October 27, 2011, surrounded by her family, at Douglas County Hospital, Alexandria, MN.
Carol Marie Hahn, the daughter of Clem and Betty (Young) Ball, was born on September 9, 1942, in Fletcher, MN. She attended school in Anoka, MN. On October 14, 1960, Carol married Marlowe Hahn in Osage, IA. They farmed near New York Mills, MN, for 10 years before moving to Perham. Carol worked for Tuffy's Pet Foods for over 33 years before retiring in 2008.
Carol enjoyed camping, fishing, embroidering dish towels and making crafts for flea markets, collecting bells and, most of all, being with her family.
Surviving Carol is her husband of 51 years, Marlowe; two sons, Danny (Jill) Hahn of Wadena, MN, and Conrad (Pat) Hahn of Vergas, MN; two daughters Priscilla (Kevin) Keil of Perham, MN, and Penelope (Rick) Lehman of Perham, MN; 14 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren; one brother, Larry (Collete) Ball of Aiken, SC; 4 sisters, Ruth Breezee of Lino Lakes, MN, Linda (Dale) Unlen of St. Michael, MN, Betty Lou (Doug) Roy of Lexington, KY, and Nancy (Bob) Stageburg of Anoka, MN and sisters- in- law, Lois Ball of Ramsey, MN, and Pearl Ball of Rogers, MN.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Tom Ball and Bob Ball; an infant grandson, Brandon Lehman, and an infant great –grandson, Brayden Kamphuis.
Carol will be deeply missed by every heart she touched.
