Kenneth Loerzel

Kenneth "Bucky" Loerzel, age 89, died Tuesday, April 22, 2025 in Eventide Senior Living, Moorhead, MN.

Kenneth Carl Loerzel was born November 1, 1935 in Perham, MN the son of Henry and Irene (Schmidt) Loerzel. Bucky enjoyed watching sports, especially football and baseball, playing the card game Schmier with his family, and he loved his cat Smoke.

Surviving Bucky are his daughter Elizabeth (Christian Ellison) Keeland; his son Randy (Barb) Loerzel; grandchildren Troy, Brett, Destiny, Belinda, and Lynn; great grandchildren Riley, Baylee, Mercedes "Sadie", and Randi; special niece Jan Anson; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Preceding Bucky in death were his parents; his siblings LeRoy "Fritz" Loerzel, Donald Loerzel, Marilyn Ross, Ruth Palubicki, and Johanna "JoAnne" Darco.

No memorial service is planned. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Dent, MN.
