Lester Kyle Kellogg, 52, of Vergas, MN, died November 25, 2011, at Lake Region Hospital, Fergus Falls, MN.
Les was born on October 29, 1959, in San Diego, CA, the son of the late Marilyn (Cammack) Kellogg. In 1977, Les graduated from Donovan High School, Donovan, Illinois. He then moved to Minnesota where he and Kristine (Lanoue) Kellogg purchased Treasure Bay Resort on Long Lake in Vergas. Les also owned TRK Construction and worked for many people in the area. After selling the resort, Les and Kristine went their separate ways. Les then spent the winters in Mesa, AZ, where he met the love of his life, Valerie Carter. The couple continued to spend the summers at Long Lake, Vergas.
Surviving Les is his loved one, Val; son, Wes (Tera) Kellogg, Vergas, MN; daughter, Trisha (Brett) Longtin, Fergus Falls, MN; brother, Lyle (Roxanne) Kellogg, Clifton, IL; grandchildren, Dawson and Delaney Kellogg and Layke Longtin as well as his nieces and nephews.
Preceding Les in death is his mother, Marilyn; brother, Richard Kellogg, Sr. and grandparents, Lester and Bernice Cammack.
