Robert F. "Bob" Herges, age 68 of Perham, MN died Monday, October 26, 2015 in Lake Region Hospital, Fergus Falls, MN. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:45 p.m. and Parish Prayers at 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dent, MN. Visitation will resume on Saturday, October 31 beginning at 9:30 a.m. followed by the funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at the church. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, rural Perham.
Bob was born July 4, 1947 in St. Cloud, MN the son of Frank and Evelyn (Nierengarten) Herges.
Bob enjoyed living and working on the farm with his brothers. He liked going to auction sales, flea markets and garage sales. He was an excellent cook and had a smile for everyone he met. Of all the friends, family and activities that Bob enjoyed, the most important was Bob's Catholic faith and his parish family.
Surviving Bob is his brother, Joseph "Joe" Tschida of Perham, MN.
Preceding Bob in death were his parents; and his brother, John Tschida.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dent, MN.
