Victor B. Hohenstein, age 59 of Perham, passed away on June 04, 2023.
Victor was born November 02, 1963. Victor graduated high school in Perham, Minnesota. He attended Rhema Bible Training College in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He worked as a farm hand, manufacturing and in construction be it buildings or bridges. He was a man who lived bigger than life. He cared for all who knew him, especially those who he thought humanity had given up on. Being a Christian was important to him. Emulating that in his life was how he lived as evidenced by his involvement in various Christian ministries. He was a long-suffering, diehard Vikings fan (we are all still waiting for a Super Bowl win). He was always ready with a joke or a humorous comment, whether you were or not. He will be missed.
Surviving Victor are his siblings, Donald (Joanne), Daniel (Janet), Vincent (Teri Gress), Mary Wiebe, Debra Benson (Mike), Paula Gladback (Dwayne), Pamela and Dana; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Mary; and brother-in-law, Lyle Wiebe.
A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Northwoods Life Church, 945 W. Main St. Perham, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. The service will be live streamed on Northwoods Life’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.
At the request of the family, if you can wear Viking apparel, it would be appreciated.
